Our Bengal kittens
A Our kittens are born in a warm, peaceful area of our home—either in a private bedroom or a dedicated nursery—and spend their first weeks there with their mother. This setting allows them to gradually become familiar with the normal sights, sounds, and scents of people while remaining safe and secure. We are typically present for the birth but allow the mother to do what comes naturally, stepping in only if absolutely needed.
From day one, kittens are closely monitored and gently handled, though the early weeks are focused on nurturing the vital bond between mother and babies. As the kittens begin venturing out of the nest box, they are ready for more interaction. Around 3–4 weeks of age, they start exploring their environment and are introduced to the litter box. They continue to stay in one room with their mother until they are consistently using the litter box on their own.
As they grow, the kittens are slowly introduced to the rest of our home and eventually enjoy full access to our shared living spaces. This allows them to experience everyday household life—playing, climbing, cuddling, and adjusting to common noises like the vacuum. This hands-on environment helps shape confident, well-socialized companions. A visit to our home it quickly is clear—the cats are truly in charge!
Kittens remain with us giving them valuable time to develop appropriate play manners and social skills with their littermates. This additional time also ensures they reach the proper weight.
